Many doors can be opened if you know the right people - or… have the right tools. If you’re not much of a social person, you can purchase the latter from resistance members.

To begin, the lockpick must be equipped in hand. Be careful, as lockpicks are illegal to carry, and using them will make you wanted or break your disguise. The lockpicking action takes a few seconds to complete, and you may not succeed on your first try. A lockpick may also break during the process, so it’s best to carry a few of them.

Some vehicles, doors or containers cannot be opened even with a lockpick.
