Undercover
By wearing complete enemy uniform your character can go undercover. In this state, you can enter illegal areas, openly carry weapons (if the weapon belongs to the enemy faction), and drive enemy vehicles without attracting attention. The cover can be blown if you act suspiciously or open fire.
Depending on your difficulty settings, you will see a status icon when your character is undercover.
Keep in mind that being in disguise will trick other resistance members as well. You will be shot at by friendlies if you are seen in disguise.
Breaking the cover
Many activities will make you suspicious and break your cover.
Using vehicles without an explicit permission is not allowed. Interacting with parked enemy vehicles will instantly give you away.
Likewise, a random soldier is not just allowed to take supplies as they please. Interacting with supply storages will make you wanted.
Placing explosives or throwing away military gear on the ground will blow your cover.
Having bloodied uniform will make you suspicious and won’t allow to enter disguised state.
